Curtis International has entered an exclusive licensing agreement with Kenmore to manufacture, distribute and market Kenmore-branded appliances across major consumer and commercial categories in North America
The partnership will expand Kenmore’s portfolio across refrigeration, small kitchen appliances, commercial appliances and other major appliance categories, combining the established Kenmore brand with Curtis International’s manufacturing, product development and distribution capabilities.

The first products under the agreement are expected to launch in Q4 2026, with further categories and products to follow.
Kenmore, which has more than 100 years of history in the appliance sector, said the partnership would support its continued growth in the US and Canada.
