Evriholder Products LLC has acquired Chicago-based YouCopia, an innovator in kitchen organisation and food storage products, in a move that will expand its home organisation portfolio and strengthen its offering to retailers worldwide
The acquisition brings together YouCopia’s consumer-focused product development expertise with Evriholder’s established retail relationships, global distribution network and supply chain capabilities.
YouCopia is known for developing practical solutions to everyday kitchen storage and organisation challenges, with products designed to make cupboards, refrigerators and other household spaces more functional. The deal will provide additional resources to support product development while creating opportunities to expand the brand’s reach across domestic and international markets.
“YouCopia has built an outstanding reputation for turning everyday organization challenges into smart, functional products,” said Ivan Stein, CEO of Evriholder Products LLC. “Their approach to innovation always starts with the consumer. Together, we can broaden our offering to retailers and bring more useful products to consumers around the world.”
YouCopia co-founder and president Lauren Greenwood will join Evriholder’s executive team and lead the growth of the YouCopia division.
“We founded YouCopia with a simple mission: to make everyday life easier through smart home organization,” said Greenwood.
